A Potential Starter Home on Lynnfield Street

Each week, Lynnfield Patch takes a look at an interesting or distinctive property currently on the market in town.

If I ever call a home “cute” again, somebody please smack me. But that said, this house on Lynnfield Street definitely seems to fit the bill, and it looks like a nice starter home at a price not often seen in town - $339,900.

The place has 1,700 square feet on a lot size of .15 of an acre. There’s a nice looking porch on the side, and a garage in the back. The front lawn looks good and there seems to be an ample amount of nearby shade trees.

Inside, you’ve got all hardwood floors, three bedrooms, a sunroom, a family room and a formal dining room – seven total rooms. The style is a Dutch Colonial or Gambrel/Dutch, and it was built in 1923. It also looks like an easy walk up into the nearby Bow Ridge Reservation in Lynnfield, for what that’s worth. Something tells me this place moves fairly quickly.

Home is listed by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Rossetti-Poti Team.
