An Interesting Looking House on 1.25 Acres
Each week, Lynnfield Patch takes a look at a distinctive property on the market in town.

Yes, there's always a handful of homes in Lynnfield trading well north of $1 million, and a fair number of them will end up being featured in this column before they find their next owners.
Maybe this week's pick just reflects how much I really, really like my space, but 816 Main Street in Lynnfield just sort of jumped out - mainly that well-hedged 1.26 acre lot of land that it comes with for well under $500,000.
The 6-room (3 bedroom) house with a patio off the kitchen was built in 1910 and I think it's just got a certain something (give or take the paint color and/or siding). The ad even suggests somebody might buy the land and replace the house, for what that's worth. The place might not have some of the bells and whistles found throughout new homes these days, but it does have fairly new heating and septic systems.
