Auto Lot Prowler and Stolen Wallet Reported Over Weekend

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, November 15 and Sunday, November 17, 2013.Â
On Friday, Nov. 15 at 12:34 a.m. a minor accident was reported on Walnut Street.Â
At 5:02 p.m. police were called to the Animal Hospital for a problem with an individual. The person was gone on arrival.Â
At 5:50 p.m. a suspicious person was reportedly asking questions about neighbors near Heritage Lane. He checked out OK.Â
At 9:59 p.m. police provided the LHS football team with an escort from Route 128 to the school.Â
On Saturday, Nov. 16 at 1:37 a.m. two suspicious individuals were reported on Kimball Lane. They were gone on arrival.Â
At 9:08 a.m. an accident with no injury was reported on Condon Circle.Â
At 6:55 p.m. police responded to an argument on Fall Way.Â
On Sunday, Nov. 17 at 1:55 a.m. a motorist reported spotting a suspicious man in black pants and a hoodie in the Kelly Nissan parking lot. All was found in order.Â
At 4:54 a.m. police arrested Derek A. DiGiovanni, 23, 3 Fall Way, Lynnfield, and charged him with assault and battery, domestic.Â
At 11:25 a.m. the fire department responded to an odor of gas at Lynnfield Commons.Â
At 11:54 a.m. a woman reported her wallet had been taken while she was at the Whole Foods.Â
At 2:55 p.m. a speeding car was reported on Locksley Road.Â
At 7:24 p.m. police received a call about an individual who turned out to be trying to locate his daughter using cell phone GPS tracking.Â
At 9:30 p.m. police checked the Fat Cactus for an individual wanted in connection with a domestic assault and battery in Peabody. The individual was not found there.Â
