Data Collector From Assessors Office Will Be Visiting Properties In Town Of Lynnfield

"The Assessor’s Office is in the process of inspecting properties purchased during calendar years 2020 and 2019, cyclical recollection of property data for any home that hasn’t been inspected within the last ten years and open building permits. Permits may have been closed by the Building Department, but the Department of Revenue requires the Assessors Office to do an inspection and update the property record cards.

Over the next few weeks, a Data Collector from the office will be visiting properties to measure the exterior and conduct an interior inspection if applicable.

The Data Collectors will check in with the Police Department, have photo ID’s and a letter from this office stating the scope of our project.
