Lynnfield Fire Dept. Mourns Loss Of Retired Lt. Jon Procurot

LYNNFIELD, MA — The Lynnfield Fire Department is mourning the loss of retired Lieutenant Jon Procurot. Fire Chief Glenn Davis expressed his condolences for Procurot's family in a post on the department's Facebook page.

Procurot joined the Lynnfield Fire Department on December 1, 1964. He was promoted to Lieutenant in December 1970.

Retiring in July 2010, Procurot served with the department for 46 years.

Chief Davis wrote in his post, "Please keep Jon's wife Jean as well as Jon's children and grandchildren in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time." Funeral arrangements and services have yet to be announced.
