Lynnfield Fire Dept. Responded To Nearly 40 Calls Last Week

The majority of calls last week were rescue and EMS calls.

LYNNFIELD, MA — The Lynnfield Fire Department was kept busy last week with nearly 40 calls coming into the department. The majority of the calls that came into the station were for rescue and emergency services, but several were also service calls.

Of the 40 calls made, half were rescue and EMS and nine were service calls. Only two calls during the week were for fires. Another four calls were activated by alarms and classified as false calls.

There were two good intent calls and one hazardous conditions call.

During the week, there were nine times that simultaneous calls came in. One of those times there were three calls coming in at once.
