Joan M. (Mitchell) Hook-Mulkerrin, of Lynnfield, MA and Naples, FL, wife of the late Francis P. Mulkerrin and Edward Hook.

Beloved mother of Nancy (Hook) Doto and her husband Michael, Edward Hook Jr. and his wife Julie, James Hook and his wife Shelly, Alfred Hook and his late wife Suzanne, Daniel Mulkerrin, Julie (Mulkerrin) Foley and her husband Timothy, all of Lynnfield, and John Mulkerrin and his partner Dean Bacon of Salem, MA. Also leaving her grandchildren Edward, Alex, Caitlin, Lauren, Heather, James, Justin, Cameron and the late Michael Doto. Beloved sister to Daniel Robert Mitchell and his wife Joan of Lynnfield and Naples, and sister-in-law of Morgan Mulkerrin of Naples. She was the daughter of the late Daniel and Catherine Mitchell.

Joan enjoyed spending winters in Florida, summers in Maine, and sailing with her late husband, Francis Mulkerrin. She was also a frequent traveler of both Ireland and England. Joan often enjoyed taking rides throughout New England and loved her classic movies. But most of all, she enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by all.
