Thanksgiving Fire Burns Through Lynnfield Attic

LYNNFIELD, MA — Firefighters prevented a two-alarm fire from spreading throughout a home in Lynnfield on Thursday.

The Thanksgiving Day fire happened at a home on Bishops Lane. The fire was reported in the garage and the attic. Fire officials did not disclose the cause of the fire.

Crews from Lynnfield as well as Middleton, North Reading, Wakefield and Reading helped put out the fire. Everyone in the house was evacuated safely and no injuries were reported.
