Two Hit and Run Drivers, Attempted Break-In Reported

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Monday, December 23 and Wednesday, December 25, 2013.
On Monday, Dec. 23 at 11:19 a.m. police responded to Timberhill Lane for a report of two family members fighting.
At 12:45 p.m. police responded to an accident near Walnut Street.
At 3:13 p.m. an accident was reported near Fairview Ave.
At 3:13 p.m. police took a report involving a neighbor problem on Yorkshire Drive.
At 4:01 p.m. an officer reporting following an erratic operator on Summer Street. It turned out to be an elderly driver unfamiliar with the area.
At 5:19 p.m. police took a report involving threats.
At 5:30 p.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported parked on Partridge Lane. It was gone on arrival.
On Tuesday, Dec. 24 at 7:19 a.m., State Police responded to a minor accident at the 128 Rotary.
At 10:48 a.m. a caller reported that another motorist had just struck her car at the library and left the scene.
At 12:54 p.m. a minor accident was reported near the 128 Rotary.
At 2:19 p.m. a hit and run accident was reported at MarketStreet Lynnfield.
At 2:46 p.m. police were informed of a head on collision on Lynnfield Street that turned out to be located in Lynn.
At 4:25 p.m. State Police requested assistance with a foot pursuit near Gaeta’s parking lot on Broadway. The suspect was apprehended by State Police soon after.
At 4:56 p.m. an individual reported coming home to find broken glass at their front door on Locksley Road. Further investigation found an attempted burglary with no access gained to the home.
At 7:32 p.m. police responded to a domestic dispute on Longbow Circle.
At 3:16 p.m. a Summer Street resident reported a vehicle was parked in her driveway. It was a livery service with the wrong address.
At 8:28 p.m. Lynnfield assisted Saugus police with apprehending an individual sought in that town.
