The first residential building at Somerville’s Assembly Row is now open, according to the Boston Herald.

The Avalon At Assembly Row, at 333 Great River Road, is a luxury building with 195 units.

  • Studios range from $2,185-$2,510
  • One-bedrooms from $2,280-$2,655
  • Two-bedrooms from $2,795-$3,695
  • Three-bedrooms start at $4,775

The above prices do not include $100 per month for on-site parking, according to the Herald.

The building does have a number of amenities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool.

An Avalon executive told the Herald that 59 of the building’s units have already been rented and he expected the building to be full within six months.

Once complete, the $1.5 billion Assembly Row development will have nearly 2,100 residential units, in addition to 1.75 million square feet of office space and 400,000 square feet of retail space, according to the Herald.
