August 11

The following people were taken into custody during the Brad Paisley concert at the Xfinity Center:

• Four people were taken into custody.

5:53 p.m. - An erratic operator was reported on Eastman Street near Wexford Drive. Maria Villante, 25, of Walpole, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.

August 12

3:34 a.m. - A 49-year-old Mansfield woman on West Street was taken into protective custody.

August 13

6:52 p.m. - An off-duty State Police trooper reported a group of three men on a bench on the bike patch near Branch Street and it appeared that something physical is about to happen. Scott Davis, 57, of Mansfield and Peter Rogers, 49, homeless, were arrested and charged drinking an alcohol beverage in a public place.

10:19 p.m. - Following a car crash on East Street near Eastman Avenue, Joseph Hanlon, 48, of East Bridgewater, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.

August 14

1:02 a.m. - A caller at Wendy’s reported someone who was driving recklessly and ran over a sign. A 52-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

August 15

7:00 a.m. - During a traffic stop on East Street near Stearns Avenue, a 23-year-old from Attleboro was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration, number plate violation to conceal ID, operating an uninsured vehicle, and speeding.

August 16

3:47 a.m. - Joseph Preston, 23, of Mansfield, was arrested on Erick Road following a crash in Sharon and charged with misleading an investigator. Preston also had an active warrant.

7:27 p.m. - A 52-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family and household member.

August 17

2:18 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Route 140 near South Main Street, Peter Toulan, 23, of Somerset, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

4:38 a.m. - Following a car crash on Norfolk Street, Michael Carmona, 41, of Miami Beach, Florida, was arrested on a warrant.
