"In order to put on a truly spectacular Fourth of July Concert and Celebration, more time is needed to bring the community an event worthy of the beloved holiday it represents.
Unfortunately, the Celebration will not take place this year, but we will work hard to bring it back and better than ever in 2019!
Xfinity and MMAS would like to like to thank presenting sponsor USA World Media, as well as the Town of Mansfield and MMAS (Mass Music & Arts Society) for all of their effort, dedication and cooperation."
The show would have been the first time in years that the concert venue hosted Independence Day fireworks. The free event was to include a performance from the Wheaton College Symphony Orchestra, fireworks, local musicians, arts and crafts, food, and more.
