MANSFIELD, MA — South Main Street was closed into Wednesday afternoon after a car crashed into a utility pole. Mansfield police said the closure would continue up to four hours as crews replaced the struck pole.

Mansfield police said the closure was implemented between Hall Street and Fruit Street.

Mansfield fire said one person was taken to the hospital via Medflight with serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
