BOSTON, MA — It will be a Hockomock showdown for the Division 1 Championship this weekend.
The Mansfield boys' basketball team held off a late run by Everett and advanced to the final with a 73-65 win.
Awaiting Mansfield will be Hockomock League foe Franklin, who beat Springfield Central to make their second consecutive state final. This season, Mansfield and Franklin split their two regular season meetings.Saturday's game will be the Hornets' first basketball state final since 2013.
