Health Inspections: Stefano's Pizza, Quan's Kitchen, Mansfield High, and More

Stefano's Pizza's health inspection was "very good" and allergen compliant. They just need to make sure to store the ice scoop with the handle in the ice. 

Fresh Catch Restaurant and Sushi's health inspection was "very good" and allergen compliant, but had some minor corrections: replace ceiling tiles, clean under the flattop grill, and the mayonnaise needs to be changed.

Fresh Catch Restaurant and Deli's health inspection was "very good" and is allergen compliant, but also had minor corrections: store utensils in sanitized solution, stand the ice scoop in the ice with the handle facing up or in the holder, and replace the door sweep on the rear door. 

Quan's Kitchen did a "nice job" on their health inspections, but had one critical violation: there was chicken in its container on the floor under the work shelf and was then discarded. There were only a few other minor violations: remove wooden shelves, clean the floor of the walk-in freezer, remove cardboard from the walk-in freezer, remove a wooden shelf from the walk-in freezer, repair/replace floor tiles, and store wiping cloths in sanitizer. They are also allergen compliant and need to post that on their menu.

Cumberland Farms was "very good" and had no violations.

Mansfield High School's report was "excellent!" The school is allergen compliant and had no violations.

Mansfield House of Pizza's report was "very nice" and they are allergen compliant. There were just some minor corrections: store wiping cloths in sanitizer, clean the non-food surface parts of the mechanical roller, and wash sandwich spread knives after use.
