I-95 Crash Kills Norton Woman

MANSFIELD, MA — A Norton woman died after a single-car crash Sunday morning on I-95 North.

State Police said the 34-year-old victim, whose identity was not released, was the sole occupant in a Honda that crashed into a guardrail in the Mansfield Rest Area around 4:45 a.m. She was brought to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, where she died.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will repair damage to a utility pole, guardrail and traffic sign at a later time.
