Man Charged in Connection with Mansfield Crash

A North Attleboro man whose vehicle veered of Interstate 95 and rolled over into the Wading River last week, was allegedly under the influence of drugs during the accident, according to the Sun Chronicle. 

Lawrence Pedro, 46, of North Attleboro will appear in Attleboro District Court on charges of operating under the influence of drugs, marked lanes violations, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. 

Three lanes were shutdown as a result of the accident, which occurred around 2 p.m., tying up several-mile backup that lasted for hours.
