Mansfield Man Sentenced To Jail For Fifth OUI

A Mansfield man was sentenced to two years in state prison after he pled guilty Tuesday in Bristol District Superior Court to his fifth OUI charge, according to the Mansfield Police Department. 

Robert L. Milton Jr. of Mansfield was arrested on July 2, after several people noticed that he was passed out at the wheel of his car at a red light at the intersection of Routes 106 and 140.

Several cars honked their horns when the light turned green and Milton's vehicle didn't move; he only drove off after people began walking up to his car. He was arrested later on and also charged with operating to endanger, to which he plead not guilty.
