Mansfield Overnight Parking Ban Extended Through Monday Night
The on-street parking ban was extended while crews continue to clean snow from the roads.

MANSFIELD, MA — Sunday night's storm buried Mansfield in 14 inches of snow, and the Department of Public Works has worked hard trying to make the roads safe again. But the size of the storm means the town will need more time.
Mansfield has extended the on-street overnight parking ban until 7 a.m., Tuesday. During the ban, do not park on the streets anywhere in town. I'm sure your local plow driver will be grateful, plus no one wants to get towed.
Once the ban is lifted tomorrow, the normal winter parking ban goes back into effect. Onstreet parking will be allowed again except for in Mansfield's business district. The downtown business district includes Rumford Avenue to Hope Street and South Common to North Common. The regular winter parking ban is from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., and runs until April 30.
