Police Log: Breaking and Entering, Theft on Otis and Thornton Streets

Thursday, Jan. 9
At 5:27 a.m., a woman walked into the lobby to report that her tenant was stealing items from her apartment on Otis Street. The tenant was summonsed for Breaking and Entering in a building during the day to commit a felony.ÂFriday, Jan. 10
