One Seriously Injured In Plain Street Crash
Police say a vehicle crashed into another car while driving towards the Xfinity Center.
MANSFIELD, MA — One person injured in a crash on Plain Street near Brown Avenue around midday Friday.
A preliminary police investigation indicates that a vehicle traveling on Plain Street from North Attleboro towards the Xfinity Center came into contact with a vehicle entering Plain Street from Oakridge Avenue. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage, police said.
Mansfield Police closed the street for a short period following the crash. One person was transported to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
