Come enjoy the outdoors with the Natural Resources Trust of Mansfield

MANSFIELD, MA — Nov. 17 is National Take A Hike Day, and if you live in Mansfield or the surrounding area, the Natural Resources Trust of Mansfield has planned a hike for all skill levels to enjoy the day.

At 10 a.m., conservationists Tod Snyder and Colin Cauldwell will lead a hike of about 1.5 miles through the Plymouth Street Conservation Area. Hikers will meet at the parking area just past the tennis courts at the Plymouth Street soccer fields, 50 Plymouth St., Mansfield.

The hike's difficulty is considered easy to intermediate, as most of the walk is on level land. About a half-mile has a slight elevation with rocks and roots. Hikers should wear proper walking shoes.
