Tractor Trailer Rollover Closes Mansfield Road
Mansfield police said Forbes Boulevard to be closed for an extended time after a rollover on Forbes Boulevard near Route 495.
MANSFIELD, MA — A tractor trailer rollover near Route 495 in Mansfield closed Forbes Road for more than six hours on Wednesday. Forbes Boulevard was closed between Norfolk and Plymouth about 11 a.m. following the rollover under the Route 495 overpass.
Mansfield police said traffic on Route 495 and Amtrak service in the area were not affected, but Forbes Avenue remained closed most of the afternoon due to the accident with injury.

Mansfield fire said a Medflight was requested to the scene and took the driver to the hospital.

Avoid Forbes Blvd near Norfolk St. Companies are currently working a tractor trailer rollober with a request for Medflight. The road will be closed until further notice.

Forbes Avenue was reopened shortly before 5 p.m.
