WATCH: Sheep On The Run Evades Mansfield Police
A couple of officers were close, but couldn't wrangle up the sheep, which ran away from the New England Rodeo in Norton.
MANSFIELD, MA — Have you seen this sheep? She has gone missing after escaping the New England Rodeo in Norton Friday.
Mansfield Police attempted to wrangle the loose sheep Sunday morning before escaping into the woods around Essex and Ware streets. Video shows Mansfield officers trying to capture the loose animal, but in the end they were unsuccessful.
Police say the sheep is most likely tired and scared. If you see her, please you are asked to call the rodeo directly at 508-858-1102.
