Winter Warm Up Coming to Mansfield Next Week

MANSFIELD, MA - A week after temperatures and weather usually associated with winter, Mansfield is in for a warm up.

Sunday’s temperatures could hit the high 40s. After that, we’re looking at three days in the 50s, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures have hit the 40s this week, with thermometers nearly cracking 50 on Tuesday.

As of the current forecast, the warm weather will stay at least through mid-week.

Here’s the latest forecast through Wednesday, according to the NWS:

• Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 41 and low around 28.
• Friday: Cloudy, with a high near 40 during the day and mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear with a low of 25 in the evening.
• Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 40 during the day and mostly cloudy with a low of 29 in the evening.
• Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 49 during the day and mostly cloudy with a low around 35 in the evening.
• Monday: Mostly cloudy with a high near 52 during the day, with a chance of showers before 9 p.m. The rest of the night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 37.
• Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 51 and a chance of rain at night. The evening should be mostly cloudy with a low of 37.
• Wednesday: A 50 percent of rain with a high near 53.
