An Arrest on a Warrant and Money Stolen
The following information came from the Marblehead Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 9
- 9:09 a.m., a caller who said she has been abused by her ex-husband in the past received a threatening message that she wants someone to listen to.
- 11:10 a.m., police charged Stephen Scott, 67, of 32 Sagamore Road, Marblehead with violation of an abuse-prevention order. He was arrested on a warrant on behalf of Tewksbury police.
- 2:12 p.m., a minor motor vehicle accident was reported at Atlantic Avenue and Hawkes Street.
- 7:17 p.m., money was reported stolen from a Washington Street location.
- 6:33 a.m., police carried out a well-being check after someone called to say that his upstairs neighbor on Washington Street left his truck open all night. The caller said he had not heard from the neighbor or seen him since the day before. Â Police checked out the location and cleared the scene.
- 6:57 a.m., a caller reported a traffic light malfunction at Maple Street and Lafayette Street. An officer checked out the lights and said they were OK.
