- LOCATION...HARTFORD COUNTY CONNECTICUT...RHODE ISLAND... COASTAL MASSACHUSETTS FROM CAPE COD NORTH TO CAPE ANN.
- TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 30S.
- IMPACTS...SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS MAY BE KILLED IF LEFT UNCOVERED.
