The advisory is in effect through Thursday at 8 a.m.

  • LOCATION...HARTFORD COUNTY CONNECTICUT...RHODE ISLAND... COASTAL MASSACHUSETTS FROM CAPE COD NORTH TO CAPE ANN.
  • TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 30S.
  • IMPACTS...SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS MAY BE KILLED IF LEFT UNCOVERED.
