Local Woman Charged With OUI
The following information came from the Marblehead Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Aug. 29
- 7:52 a.m., motor vehicle ticketed on Village Street for parking in a crosswalk/restricted area.
- 1:32 p.m., police charged Manolin Soto, 34, of 566 Chestnut St., Lynn with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and operating an unregistered vehicle.
- 4:49 p.m., police responded to a report that a Leicester Road home was wide open and no one was home. Police spoke to the homeowner and secured the house.Â
- 9:29 p.m., police took a person into protective custody.
- 8:53 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Tedesco Street. A man had refused to leave a property but did so after police's arrival.
- 9:58 p.m., police served a mother and daughter a summons for juvenile court.
- 3:10 p.m., an accident involving a police cruiser was reported on Tower Way. The officer in charge was to respond.
- 7:33 p.m., police received a report that a bike was stolen on Clifton Avenue.
- 7:57 p.m., a male, believed to be underage, went into an Atlantic Avenue store and grabbed a bottle of Christian Brothers brandy and ran out. The young man who stole the bottle had a black eye and was accompanied by another male. They were estimated to be 18 or 19.
- 0:47 a.m., police charged Jennifer Riggieri, 37, of 277 Pleasant St., Marblehead with OUI liquor and speeding.
- 5:58 p.m., a minor accident was reported at Lafayette Street and Dartmouth Road.
- 11:15 p.m., police received a report of a loud party on Morgan Lane.
- 11:48 p.m., a loud party was reported on Washington Square.
- 5:59 a.m. police received a report of a man lying in the street, possibly drunk and yelling for help. Police checked the reported location, Beverly Avenue and Knight Avenue, but did not locate the man.
