Police: Intruders Break In, Assault Haley Road Resident

Friday, May 23:Â
- At 7:47 a.m., a resident entered the police station to report losing a wallet.
- At 7:58 a.m., police responded to a parking complaint on Bayview Road.
- At 8:09 a.m., police responded to a landscaper complaint on Doaks Lane.
- At 10:00 a.m., police responded to a report of a vandalized lawn on Mansion Road.
- At 1:41 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Tedesco and Salem streets.
- At 2:47 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Tedesco Street and Leggs Hill Road.
- At 2:50 p.m., police responded to a report of an erratic operator at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Mohawk Road.
- At 6:34 p.m., police responded to a report of a downed tree branch near the intersection of Tedesco and Tufts streets.
- At 8:02 p.m., police responded to a report of two boys walking into a house with beer on Haley Road.
- At 8:18 p.m., police responded to a break-in on Haley Road. A resident said a woman and a man had just broken into his house, assaulted him and left. The incident, they said, stemmed from an earlier incident regarding a dog. The female suspect was later located on Oak Street. Nancy T. Pierce, 55, of 18 Oak St., Marblehead, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a building during the nighttime for a felony and two counts of assault and battery.
- At 11:32 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Girdler Road.
Saturday, May 24:Â
- At 12:10 a.m., police conducted a property check on Lighthouse Lane.
- At 5:13 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Tedesco Street.
- At 7:44 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Gerry Street.
