Marblehead Police logs: Two Caught Trespassing

MARBLEHEAD, MA - The following are excerpts from the Marblehead Police Department Logs for Wednesday, Dec. 27.
Wednesday, Dec. 27
- A Franklin Street resident called police for help after finding out her back door was iced shut. The caller told police if there were a fire she may not be able to get out of her home.
- A Pleasant Street resident reported that she and her daughter were victims of wire fraud. According to the victim, the fraud came in the form of an email from an attorney's office in Rhode Island.
- A Everett Paine Boulevard resident reported having issues with their front door lock.
- A Marblehead resident called police looking for information on obtaining a restraining order for her husband. According to a report, the woman told police her husband had been drinking too much.
- A Broughton Road resident reported losing his license and social security card.
- A Green Street resident reported finding a Volkswagen car key in his mail box, which turned out to be a neighbors.
- A resident came in to report losing his wallet at the Warwick Theatre.
- A Franklin Street resident reported her shovel stolen.
- A caller on Jersey Street reported a woman in the street stopping cars, asking for a pan to roast a turkey. The woman was eventually brought back in the house by her daughter.
- A Darling Street resident called police to report that her neighbor downstairs kept yelling obscenities and screaming at her neighbors.
- Two Marblehead men were arrested for trespassing at a home on Guernsey Street. According to police, the homeowner said she received a call from a friend who was checking on the house while she was away. According to the homeowner, there were signs her son has been visiting the house while she was gone. She told police that he was supposed to be staying at a friends house and she recently had the locks changed so he couldn't gain entry. Police checked on the home and saw there was an unsecured window on the second floor and a car in the driveway. They found the two suspects on the second floor of the home.
