Marblehead Weather: 50 MPH Wind Could Knock Out Power
Marblehead will get hit with 50 mph wind gusts Tuesday; power outages are possible.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — Strong winds in Marblehead Tuesday could knock out power.
A wind advisory is in effect Tuesday through 6 p.m.
Westerly winds will average 25 mph and gusts will hit 50 mph or higher, according to the National Weather Service. It will be sunny, with highs around 50 degrees.

Here's the NWS wind advisory:
- A WIND ADVISORY...IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 PM EDT TUESDAY.
- LOCATION...ALL OF SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND.
- WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
- TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE AFTER MIDNIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
- IMPACTS...SMALL TREE LIMBS AND BRANCHES MAY BE DOWNED...POSSIBLY CAUSING ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES.
