Monday Essentials: Fishing Ban Talks, Selectmen, 9/11 Ceremony and First Home Football Game

Noteworthy items in coming week in Marbehead.

A lot is going on this week in Marblehead. 
Harbors and Waters Board members meet tonight, Monday, at 7:30 p.m. at 9 Ferry Lane to discuss a revision to the fishing ban on town docks and floats among other topics. 
On Wednesday selectmen meet.
Firefighters and police officers will hold a 9/11 memorial ceremony on Wednesday.
On Thursday, the high school will host Lynn Classical at 7 p.m. on the new artificial turf at Piper Field.


Monday:

  • Harbors and Waters Board memebrs meet in the Harbormaster's Quarters at 7:30 p.m. at 9 Ferry Lane.
Wednesday:
  • Memorial Service for 9/11 victims at Memorial Park at 10 a.m.
  • Selectmen meet at 7:30 at Town Hall. 
Thursday:
  • Football game vs. Lynn Classical on newly surfaced Piper Field at 7 p.m.
