Motorcyclists Escape Serious Injury After Bike Ends Up Under Car

Two people on this motorcycle somehow avoided serious injury in Marblehead.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Two out-of-state motorcyclists escaped serious injury after their bike got caught under a car, police said. The crash, the cause of which is still being investigated, shut down Atlantic Avenue for about 90 minutes early Wednesday afternoon.

The driver of the car had to be extricated and was treated on scene.

The motorcyclists were traveling from Arizona.
