MARBLEHEAD, MA — Saturday's storm is allowing Marblehead to test out its new snow emergency rules.

The parking ban has been declared for Saturday night. No parking will be allowed on public ways between midnight and 7 a.m. Sunday morning.

"This includes vehicles, boats and trailers," Marblehead police said. "All are subject to ticketing and towing if found in violation."
