No Trespass Order For Individual Indicted For Sexual Assault
The order was sent after the individual entered Marblehead High last week.

Below is an entry in the Marblehead Police Log from Friday, Nov. 22.
It is a copy of a no-trespass order from the Marblehead superintendent mailed to an individual who has been indicted felonious sexual assault.
Dear. Mr. *************:

On November 19, 2013, you entered the Marblehead HighÂ
School building without permission asking to see theÂ

Athletic Director and were told that he was unavailable.Â
After you left that building, Marblehead Public SchoolsÂ
learned from the Marblehead Police Department and theÂ
District Attorney's Office for Hillsborough County, NewÂ
Hampshire that you are under indictment for felonious sexualÂ
assult by purposefully engaging in sexual contact with aÂ
person under 13 years of age. In addition, we learned that aÂ
condition of your release on bail is that you have noÂ
unsupervised contact with any person under 18 years of age.
Accordingly, and until further notice, this is noticeÂ
that you are barred from entering onto the grounds orÂ
property of any Marblehead Public Schools facilities,Â
including but not limited to the grounds, property, andÂ
building of Marblehead High School. You are also barredÂ
from attending any athletic, extra-curricular, or otherÂ
activities and events sponsored by Marblehead PublicÂ
Schools.Â
This letter constitues a no trespass notice pursuant toÂ
G.L. c. 266, §120 and is being reported to the MarbleheadÂ
Police Department. Should you violate this notice,Â
Marblehead Pulblic Schools will take all lawful enforcementÂ
actions, including immediately seeking prosecutions.
