Selectmen to Host Hearing on Landfill Easements

Selectmen are scheduled to hold a public hearing Wednesday, Aug. 14, on the taking of temporary construction easements for the landfill closure project.

The hearing will be presented by Lisa Mead, the town's assistant counsel.

To see if the Town will vote to purchase, acquire or take by eminent 

domain temporary construction easements in connection with the 

closure of the former landfill, in a portion of the properties located

deed found at Book 13919, Page 60, recorded at the Essex 

South Registry of Deeds, said easement containing 15,700 

square feet +/-. 12 Blueberry Road, more particularly described in a deed
