Smashed Bottles Lead to OUI and Stolen Vehicle Charges

Friday, Dec. 13

8:24 a.m., a semi-conscious seventh-grader was transported to the hospital from West Shore Drive.

9:08 a.m., a son on Wharf Path refused to go to school. The son decided to go to school.

2:13 p.m., a dispute over moving fees was reported on Pearl Street.

8:56 p.m., police received a report that people were smashing bottles before heading down Harbour Avenue in a car toward the causeway. Police took three people into custody.

Police charged Phy Am, 33, of 4 Houghton St., Apt. 4, Lynn with receiving a stolen vehicle and possession of a Class E drug.

Police charged Charles L. Robinson-Collins, 21, of 900 Western Ave., Apt. 3, Lynn with receiving a stolen vehicle and OUI liquor and possession of a Class E drug.

Police charged Brian Vargas, 24, of 12 Houghton St., Apt. 3, Lynn with receiving stolen property and possession of a Class E drug.

Saturday, Dec. 14

6:58 a.m., a wreath was reportedly stolen from a Maple Street home.

1:40 p.m., jewelry was reported missing on Greystone Road.

2:51 p.m., credit card fraud was reported on Ticehurst Lane.

9:37 p.m., three loud bangs were reported on Village Street.
