Stalker With Balloons And Planting Material
The following information came from the Marblehead Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Sept. 5
- 5:38 p.m., a Cedar Street woman reported a restraining order violation by her husband.
- 5:45 p.m., a string of lights were cut on Washington Street.
- 7:19 p.m., threats were reported on the tennis courts.
- 11:39 p.m., police received a report of a group of kids drinking at a Front Street location. The group moved to Fort Sewall. Police moved along the group of five at Fort Sewall.
- 10:42 a.m., a car hit a tree and a wall at 248Â Atlantic Ave. There was only one victim but the patient refused the medical help being offered. Paperwork will be sent to the Registry of Motor Vehicles requesting a medical evaluation because the driver went up on a sidewalk and hit a wall.Â
- 10:49 a.m., cars were reportedly going the wrong way on Beacon Street.
- 12:35 p.m., a truck reportedly hit a light pole on Marion Road.
- 1:49 p.m., police received a call from a person who reported that a stalker was back after being warned by the courts a few weeks ago. The suspect was on the property and was carrying and planting something and has balloons, the caller said. The suspect left items at the property.
- 5:37 p.m., a caller said a woman was reportedly yelling obscenities in front of his Heritage Way house. Police spoke to the parties. The caller called back saying the woman was at it again and he can't even go out of his house. Police observed the woman yelling and screaming obscenities. She left the area and units were looking for her to speak to her about the incident.
- 2:22 a.m., a loud hot tub party was reported Middle Street. The hot tubbers agreed to go inside for the night.
- 9:42 a.m., verbal harassment reported on Jersey Street.
- 4:56 p.m., An attempted home break and entering was reported on Summit View Drive: "Attempted house B&E, neighbor reports seeing possible suspect: W/M, @20 years old, black pants, black hat, seen getting into an old Nissan color black and heading down Paradise Rd. All units notified to BOLO."
- 4:56 p.m., a motor vehicle crash was reported at Humphrey Street and Rockaway Avenue.
- 8:50 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on Pleasant Street.
