The Tempest Still Rages

1. Fire and Police Notes:

The Marblehead Fire and Police Departments will join departments across the country in conducting a remembrance ceremony on September 11, 2013, at 10 am sharp at Memorial Park to commemorate the twelfth-year anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks and the subsequent losses suffered at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania.

This ceremony will be part of a nationwide salute to fallen firefighters, police officers and civilians, and to the extraordinary response to tragic events that have changed all of our lives.

The Marblehead Fire and Police Departments would like to invite local leaders and members of the community to participate in the remembrance plans as a way of providing them with the opportunity to remember the lives lost on September 11th.
