12:26 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, 85 Broad St. Adriel J. Serrano, 23, Bond Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with identity fraud, larceny under $250 by false pretense, receiving stolen property over $1,200, breaking and entering into a vehicle for felony (two counts)
