Get 'Sneak Peek' At New Marlborough Restaurant This Week

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A new hamburger restaurant is opening in Marlborough next Monday, but the owners will hold two "sneak peek" events this week to give local diners an early taste.

The Fix Burger Bar opens on Monday at 139 Lakeside Ave. The two preview days will happen Thursday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. The restaurant won't take reservations during the preview days (and not for the first week of business).

The Fix is owned by Niche Hospitality Group, which operates nine restaurants in Worcester, Wellesley, and Leominster. A second The Fix Burger Bar is located along Grove Street in downtown Worcester. You can see that location's menu on the Niche website.
