ICYMI: Qdoba Opens In Marlborough

QDOBA opened its 27th location in the Boston region, this time in Marlborough.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—Qdoba Mexican Eats expanded its footprint with the addition of its newest restaurant in Marlborough, opening on May 15.

Located at 115B Apex Drive, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant, is the 27th Qdoba in the Boston region.

Bradley, Qdoba director of operations, in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity to bring even more bold flavor into these people’s lives with the opening of our Marlborough location.”

The restaurant offers a robust menu of items that are prepared in-house daily, including hand-chopped vegetables, pickled in-house jalapeños and grilled adobo chicken and steak.

Guests are encouraged to create their own flavor combinations and aren't be charged extra for adding
a scoop of the queso or guacamole. With a variety of entrée options, such as tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads and Loaded Tortilla Soup, patrons are able to customize a meal that fits their personal tastes and dietary preferences.

“This location is special because it’s one of our select restaurants that will offer sangria and
margaritas along with bottled and draft beer,” said Bradley in a statement. “With summer just around the corner, we’re excited to invite guests to enjoy a refreshing beverage that pair perfectly with our flavorful menu
offerings.”

Qdoba also offers catering. Catering options include a hot bar complete with all the ingredients that
guests need to build their own burrito bowls, or prepared boxed lunches, featuring rolled burritos and
a dessert cookie or brownie.
