IT Program Manager- American Tower

The IT Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of activities within the Corporate IT organization and business technology programs to ensure that goals and objectives of various projects that comprise the program are accomplished within established time frames and budgets. The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing and providing to senior management a holistic, consolidated status of the individual projects by monitoring high-level project milestone activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of the information. The IT Program Manager will work closely with business and technology leaders to prioritize and sequence proposed projects, identify trade-offs and obtain resource allocations to optimize the execution of the portfolio of projects within the program roadmap. The incumbent will work closely with the assigned user community, along with Business Applications Analysts and IT Project Managers in determining how technology can assist them. The IT Program Manager will then partner with IT Project Managers to create a series of projects in support of the program and within the framework of American Tower’s established Enterprise Architecture.
