Labor Day Weekend Arrests in Marlborough

Friday, Aug. 30

11:20 a.m.: Police arrested Anthony H. Foster, 27, of 99 Wilson Street on Broad Street on a warrant.

11:44 p.m.: Police arrested Cody T. Riekstins, 21, of 38 Maple Street Apt. 1 on Maple Street on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property, threatening to commit a crime and assault and battery on a police officer.

Saturday, Aug. 31

1:42 a.m.: Police arrested Victoria K. Gaucher, 27, of 73 Lakeshore Drive at Speaker’s Night Club on Weed Street on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and a first and subsequent offense of possessing a firearm or ammunition without an FID or license.

3:05 p.m.: Police arrested Jalisa Brown, 25, of 32 Brookfield Drive on Maple Street on two warrants.

5:49 p.m.: Police arrested Sandra Curiel Barajas, 20, of 233 Lincoln Street Apt. 2 at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard on charges of shoplifting $100 plus by asportation and a warrant.

Sunday,  Sept. 1

12:46 a.m.: Police arrested Jose F. Cabrera, 22, of 85 Broad Street Apt. 430 on Newton Street on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Monday, Sept. 2

5:33 p.m.: Police arrested William P. Lyons, 54, of 158 Marlboro Street in Hudson on Boston Post Road East on charges of operating under the influence of liquor.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

12:34 a.m.: Police arrested Shawn P. McCulley, 44, of 15 Litle Brook Road Apt. 2 in Pembroke on Boston Post Road West on charges of violating an abuse prevention order.
