Marlborough Arrests: 2nd OUI, Driving and Warrant Arrests
The following information comes from the Marlborough Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Oct. 9
6:18 a.m.: Police arrested Oscar V. Valiente, 34, of 126 Winter Street Apt. 2 on South Street on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license and improper operation of a vehicle with harsh or objectionable noise from a vehicle.
9:51 a.m.: Police arrested Linda M. Maciel, 45, of 335 Tyngsboro Rd. Apt. 18 in Dracut on East Main Street on a warrant.
6:19 p.m.: Police arrested Arthur T. Saich Jr., 50, of 35 Hosmer Street Apt. 20 on Boston Post Road East on charges of a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor.
Thursday, Oct. 10
7:15 a.m.: Police arrested Anthony P. Montanari Jr., 18, of 15 Huntington Ave. Apt 2nd on Lincoln Street on a warrant.
