Marlborough Beach, Splash Pads Open For Summer Season
Marlborough's Memorial Beach opened June 14 with wading pools to follow on June 23.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — Swimming season is back in Marlborough.
As of Monday, almost all the city's swimming facilities — including Memorial beach and the splash pads — were open.
Memorial Beach will be open to residents from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. daily for the summer season. Beach goers must provide proof of residency to gain access to the beach, and only parking in the beach lot is allowed. The city does not allow visitors to bring grills into the Memorial Beach facility.

There are several other options for swimming in Marlborough.
The splash pads at Ghiloni and Stevens parks are open now from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

On June 23, the city's two wading pools will open for the season. The Farrell Wading Pool, 85 Sawin St., and Ward Wading Pool, 57 Orchard St., will be open from noon to 5:45 p.m. each day.
