Marlborough Holds City-Wide Job Fair, Interview Workshops

MARLBOROUGH, MA—The Marlborough Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), in conjunction with Mayor Arthur Vigeant’s office, is holding its bi-annual job fair to help connect jobseekers to local employers who are looking to fill entry-level and mid-level positions.

The Marlborough Works! Job Fair—scheduled to take place on Oct. 23, from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott in Marlborough—showcases local entry-level and mid-level job openings in manufacturing, trades, services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, science, finance and other industries. More than 20 employers, including Apex Entertainment, GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Quest Diagnostics, Prudential Advisors and The DAVIS Companies have already confirmed their attendance.

Jobseekers will also have a chance to take part in one of three free Interview Workshops, run by MassHire Framingham Career Center, where they will learn approaches to interviewing and selling themselves to a potential employer.
