Marlborough Resident Wins $1M On Scratch Ticket

The winning ticket was sold at a supermarket in Hudson in April.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Marlborough resident got very lucky after buying a $5 scratch ticket last month.

Christine Lane bought a “$1,000,000 Payout” scratcher at the Hudson Stop & Shop. Lane elected to accept her prize as an annuity which means annual $50,000 payments over the next 20 years.

The Technology Drive Stop & Shop that sold the ticket will get a $10,000 bonus from the state.
