Marlborough Students Picked To Perform At Senior Fest

This show is a stepping stone to the All-State Festival for some.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—On Nov. 18, 34 Marlborough High School students auditioned for the 2018 Central District Senior Festival, which represents 65 districts where students compete for a spot in the Band, Orchestra, Chorus, or Jazz Ensemble.

“This is a very competitive festival, and the district congratulates these talented and dedicated students on this exceptional accomplishment,” Jonathan D. Rosenthal, K-12 Music Supervisor for the Marlborough Public Schools, said in a statement.

The following Marlborough High School students have the honor of representing the Marlborough Public Schools on Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Central District Senior Festival Concert held in Mechanics Hall, Worcester. Students receiving an all-state recommendation will audition for the All-State Festival on Jan. 20.
