Multiple Fires in Marlborough

Two fires broke out in Marlborough around 6:15 p.m. Monday.

Smoke was reported coming from a commercial building at 311 Maple St. Two lines were run as the fire began, according to scanner reports.

At the same time on Walnut St., firefighters were on scene stretching a hose out, according to scanner chatter, with reports adding the engine needed the box to be struck.
